Join us in preparing for a special Thanksgiving cooking class, we will learn to make traditional mole negro with turkey, sweet potatoes, and more traditional Oaxaca dishes. We will learn the centuries old family recipe from our teacher,cocinera tradicional and weaver, and feast on the fruits of our labor.

Includes:

  • Personalized guide and translation service by a native English speaker

  • Comfortable transportation round trip from Oaxaca city (40 minutes each way)
