The palenque is owned and operated by family that has been making mezcal for 100 years and currently produces mezcal for national and international sale, who is committed to sustainable agriculture and giving back to the community

  • A chance to purchase mezcal directly from the producers (price not included), our help packing it for travel

  • Lunch of regional dishes at Ocotlán market on regional market day. On Fridays this market grows 3 times its size and vendors from the surrounding areas come to buy and sell organic produce, handmade tortillas, honey, mezcal, and much more!

  • Visit to the home and workshop of a family that does sculpture with local red clay
