Teotitlán Mole Making, Weaving, & Natural Dyes

Join us in preparing for the Día de los Muertos celebration by making the season´s most ́ important dish mole negro that is essential for honoring the visiting souls and serving to visitors. We will learn the centuries old family recipe from our teacher a cocinera tradicional and weaver, and feast on the fruits of our labor.
